Waterpark is not included had to pay over 100 more for that option. Hotel lost a paper with all my credit card numbers on it. They needed this at time of check in. If you want to use the waterpark the day you arrive and you arrive before 4 you have...
47 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We had reservations for the opening weekend of the new Splash Universe water park at this hotel for weekend of April 13 - 14. We then got called by Holiday Inn reservations center at 9:30 AM April 11.
I was told that the local building inspectors would not give the required permits for them to open, since a couple contractors failed to complete their work on time. The new targeted opening date is May 1. After expressing our disappointment, we were offered one free night's lodging with one paid night some time in the future.
That doesn't help a lot though when the kids in the family were expecting to stay in a water park hotel over spring break and everywhere else is booked solid.
