This hotel is difficult to access with a car, due to its inconvient street entrances. Parking can be difficult. There is a morning donut shop and night-time bars on the premises, so it is rarely quiet. Our experience was that the hotel staff often have incorrect information or possibly they are not well trained? The evening movie presentations did not occur during our visit, due to broken equipment. Beware of the complex internet access via the phone line, because you may have a major phone bill. The morning breakfast staff were nice.

This hotel stands out as one of the best properties I have ever had the pleasure to visit.
The staff is friendly, polite and very knowledgeable about the area. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well maintained (Check out the King Suites!) There is a plethora of things to do both in the facility it self and in the surrounding area. They have a huge movie theatre on site in which they show complimentary movies (with fresh popped popcorn) a great free breakfast bar, game room, large fitness facility and an outdoor heated pool. From check in to check out this was a memorable stay!
It was much better than some of the other local properties such as the Hilton Garden motel and the Best Western Motel. If your travels bring you near Philadelphia or Concordville PA check this gem out!
