The staff was very rude, they were obviously not trained properly, as the check-in process was a total nightmare.
I requested a non-smoking room, as I am very allergic to smoke, when I went to my room there was an ashtray on the desk with cigarette butts still in it.
They refused to move me and I could not stay, so I checked out 1 hour later only to be told they would have to bill me for entire night.
When I asked to speak to a manager I was told one was not available. I am fighting the bill with my cc company and reporting this hotel to AAA. They are not up to Holiday Inn Express's standards.

The manager worked to schedule me a room even though they were booked, since my reservation was messed up. (they had me scheduled for two nights later. ) The desk clerks were always friendly and courteous.
