Clean rooms, well kept interior and exterior, nice breakfast for a 2 star.Breakfast could have allowed some variation, pretty much the same thing over a three day stay. Location is ok, about 10 minutes from downtown Bend, near a shopping mall....
Easy road access.The smell of chlorine stepping in the front door of the lobby. Desk people could have been friendlier, no chlorine smell walking into the lobby,easy access from road and close to shopping.

Breakfast was awesome!Had to stay in a smoking room because we needed two queen beds. Hotel pleasant to stay in, staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay there again preferably in a non smoking room.
Convenient location, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean room.NA. My only real complaint comes from a billing error. The hotel mistakenly charged my credit card (given to them for incidentals) for the stay.

I couldn't decide if I would stay at this hotel again. I'm tending toward no, simply because it was quite costly, but the staff were utterly wonderful. They were incredibly helpful and friendly. The beds weren't as comfortable as I thought they...
