28 year old with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
We had a late check in after a long day on the road and went to the hot tub to find that it was so filthy that the water was tinted green - and it was ice cold to top it off. We went to the front desk to let them know and all we got was "Sorry" and that's it. We were VERY disappointed in every aspect of our stay. We will not be staying there again.

I would have used the pool but found that it was way too small. The hot tub was okay, but small too.
After sign in they all knew my name, and the next day they had my lady's name. They would help in any way they could. We had a good time and stay. We would do this Holiday Inn Express next time I need to stay in Burlington.
