47 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
A couple from Germany was checking in. They were informed their room had no air; it was 100 degrees f outside. The desk offered them a fan and $20 off. I thought this was unacceptable. I felt like I should have spoken up for them.

I just thought it was too pricey for the accommodations. It was parent's weekend at a local university and they took advantage of that with the cost. I suppose they all do that though.
