I made reservations for 3 days and 2 days later I tried to cancel due to a serious illness. They still charged me 360.00 full charge. The manager is very tuff to deal with and the people at the main calling center is foreign and you cannot understand them. They lied about distance just to get me to confirm.

Charged me for 3 days $360.00 even after I called to cancell my reservation just 3 days after I made it and after my dog handler had a health problem. I didn't even even get a discount, they charged me the whole amount. Bad management. Will NEVER stay in any of their motels again. Phone Opperator I could not understand their english. Overall NEGATIVE, even lied about distance to my destination so as I would stay there.
