Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Newly renovated. Extremely comfortable bed. Next to the Briarwood mall and only minutes from campus! Free breakfast in the morning that was excellent!

The hotel had a good location for a business trip, but it had terrible service. I was locked out of the room at one o'clock in the morning and I had to wait for an engineer to come and unlock the room.

I stayed here for a U of M orientation and it was perfect. Great location, plenty of safe parking, restaurants within walking distance or short drive, and VERY quiet. Breakfast and "happy hour" (included) make this a great...
50 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I thought it was expensive considering I was there for treatment. The location was good, it was comfortable and the service was good except that the shuttle I was told was shut down at eleven o'clock every night and there was no set time for the driver to leave or pick up people. Advice for others is to call ahead for the bus to pick you up and drop you off at the hospital.
