This was a newer, very well maintained hotel. The staff was excellent. It’s one of the best Holiday Inn Express hotels I've ever stayed at. It was way above average.

The only problem i've ever noticed with holiday inn express is that there is such a wide variety of conditions that the hotels might be in. Some are nicer than others and offer different ammenities. I'd prefer that there'd be a more homogenious feel
Neighbor was behaving very violently and it was scary. I didn't feel so secure in the fact that it was a girl answering the phone and telling us she would take care of the problem. I don't think that a young girl in the middle of the night taking care o.
