59 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel was selected because of its pet-friendly policy. The location was ideal for touring the Eisenhower Presidential Center and for access to Interstate 70. The desk clerks were particularly friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The hostess at breakfast was especially considerate in offering to fill thermos with hot coffee for continuation of our trip.
The hotel and staff seemed to cater to tired travelers. The casual atmosphere and tolerant pet-policy was especially appreciated.
I am very likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites ABILENE.

Upon pulling dresser away from wall to access a plug I found someone's underwear. Bedding needs updating (bedspreads are worn and beds were too firm). While our reservation was prepaid, the hotel computer made an error in trying to charge us again ...

Our accommodations were better than expected, and we paid less for our stay than expected. The staff at the Holiday Inn was friendly and knowledgeable.
