39 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business

This is easily the best hotel in the area. I have been staying in Cookeville for the last ten years and I have stayed in every hotel in town. Brand new, CLEAN, and Friendly staff let you know the moment you walk in the door you are going to have a great stay. Professional staff is a rare thing in a hotel these days, thats because they are all working here.

27 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business

This is the newest hotel in Cookeville, but it seems old. You can tell how cheap this hotel was built. Also they charge $110.00 WHY? I had a better luck at Country Inn & Suites then this hotel. They overcharging and if you look at the Country its almost the same. The staff is better at Country. Very rude people at Holiday Inn.
