Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Hotel - Page 2

When we checked in our smoke detector was missing. We complained and we were moved to a new room. The room was filthy with hair all over the floor. The hotel sent housekeeping to clean the room up but the entire hotel seemed dirty, too. The hallways and the lobby were not too clean. The breakfast was good.

The hotel was clean and the service was as expected.

The Holiday Inn Express hotels far exceeded my expectation. From the friendliness of the staff to the sparkling clean room and the fantastic continental breakfast, it was a great experience! I was pleasantly surprised.

This hotel made me feel content: I felt comfortable and safe with my family. We enjoyed our stay.

The bathroom was dingy. The lighting was horrible. The safety was questionable. There was a sign on my balcony, which said to secure sliding glass door with dowel.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The greeting was excellent upon arrival. The staff gave good information and arranged and paid for taxi when shuttle did not appear in the morning to make my flight.

The hotel was very nice, but it was very hard to locate because of road construction. Also, the sign was very small to see. Comfort and service were very nice, though.

It was one of the best places I stayed -- the service was great! And it was close to all the sites too, so guests have fun!

This hotel made me feel elegant: They had a dinner set up for us and a beautiful room with flowers and champagne. It was so classy!
