I have stayed at many of the hotels in Fairbanks and this one is the best of the best. The staff was outstanding and the maintenance supervisor went above and beyond to ensure our stay was very good. This is the only hotel in Fairbanks that I will ever stay at becuase of the great service and great property.
The front desk staff was very helpful and the hotel was immaculate. Everything worked in the rooms and the maintenance staff responded very quickly to the only issue I had. Thier Maintenance Supervisor was truely a professional.
