I have been satisfied with my stay at this hotel. There is a pool and hot tub. In particular, the free breakfast is pretty good. For beverages, there is coffee, French roast, decaf with an assortment of cream flavors such as Irish cream, hazelnut, and French vanilla. There is also a dark hot chocolate mix (which I like more than milk chocolate) and tea. There are also an assortment of juices (orange, lemonade, cranberry, apple) and milk (2%, skim). For food, there are hot cinnamon rolls, waffles, French toast, regular toast, and bagels. They have peanut butter, cream cheese, butter, and jam available. There are also fresh apples and yogurt. All in all, many choices, such that you don't have to look elsewhere for breakfast foods. Breakfast is served 6:30a-9:30a.

The only mild complaint I have is that they had the A/C set to 60 degrees on a day that was about 65 degrees outside, so I thought it was too cold and there is no heater in the room to heat it up to 75 degrees. Also, the front desk had lost a phone message from my company, so they couldn't relay the specifics to me.

It wasn't a bad stay. However, the room service was bad and there wasn't enough staff.

There was an incident that occurred with one of the staff at the hotel. We left early. We were told by the manager on duty that our night's stay would be free due to this incident and it was not. Also, prior to reserving the hotel, we contacted them directly to make sure that they had an indoor pool. We were told that they did. When we arrived at the hotel we found out that the heater in the pool was broken. We were not told this over the phone. This was the main reason we chose to stay at the hotel. There was no compensation made due to this.

This hotel made me feel secure: We enjoyed our visit and would go back.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was nice and clean. Everything I needed was available and the people were very friendly.
