It’s in a good Location right off the interstate. The friendly front desk person went out of her way to find my club number. She also loaned me a wireless internet receiver.

The location of the hotel in Hope, Arkansas, was convenient for us. It was very quiet and comfortable and was close to restaurants. Although we walked in with no reservations, I would recommend getting reservations ahead of your arrival date. This is a busy hotel.

This hotel made me feel respected: We were there for a family member's funeral. The clerk at the desk expressed condolences and asked if there was anything else he could do to make our stay better. He also said he hoped we would stay there again when the trip would be more pleasurable for us.

I had no dislikes. The service was good which is why I always book at a Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Great attitude at the front desk and all my questions were answered accurately.

The accomodations are very nice and comfortable, and a very generous breakfast is offered, with hot and cold choices.

We have stayed at this holiday inn express every time we visit hope, several times a year and will continue to do so. We are always treated as a guest would expect to be treated.
