Employees left a lot to be desired! We were locked out of room on second night due to their lack of properly reserving the time of stay. They never would answer front desk phone. I had to go to them.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk personnel welcomed us warmly. We had to leave our baggage because we had to leave for a golf tournament. The desk personnel were most accommodating.

The front desk clerks not very friendly. They could not get reservations correct. We were locked out of room after the first night. We had reservations for three nights.
