The hotel is nice. The staff even gave me a coupon for the restaurant on site. Signs could be clearer of where to go to get to the hotel. A word of advice--take the shuttle when going to the sites in Hartford. Everything in the room was fine. ...

Horrible
I refused to even give this hotel my business after the encounter with the rudest, skankiest front desk clerk! The lobby area was not clean, nor was the mouth on the woman behind the desk. I could not believe the manner in which she spoke to...

The hotel was good for the money and location. I was on business and it was very close to everything. The room was very clean. You do have to pay extra for parking.

Mediocre
we stayed here for an anniversary vacation based on the gorgeous views presented on this site. we had a view of the parking lot, a loud, disturbing night of thumping music from a nearby club, and rude service when we asked how to use the internet....
66 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
First impressions weren't great; we pulled around a close corner into a tight garage and had to maneuver our van around a support pillar into our parking space. Then we climbed up a dingy stair case and into the lobby, which also wasn't so impressive. The check-in process was really quick.
When we got to our room, it was impressively clean. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was slightly smaller than expected and so was the room. The room is supposed to sleep four, but we brought an air mattress and slept five, it was tight, but not rustic. The continental breakfast was OK. Getting out of that dingy garage was easier than getting in also.
