The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, seemed genuinely happy to be of help and friendly.

The nice surprise was availablity of Passover foods at the free breakfast.

We will be back.

We booked the room during a holiday weekend for three nights. After two nights we needed to leave for a family emergency. At the desk, we were told that because we had booked online we could not have our third night refunded. (?) The clerk pulled out a "policy" and said that not only could we not have our refund, but during the holiday the third night jumped up to $160. The room was fine, the breakfast was very nice and the people serving the breakfast were excellent. However, the fine print regarding cancelations is a little hard to read, buyer beware and if possible, check out a motel that is customer friendly. Needless to say, we will never stay at another Holiday Inn for any reason.

The hotel was in a good area with easy access to shopping and it had a nice location to the Yankee Candle Factory store. The staff was able to accommodate for children and they easily changed rooms when I needed a microwave.

It had a nice but not luxurious room and bathroom. The hotel is nearby to the University of Massachusetts so it was perfect for visiting a student. The get your own breakfast room has good coffee and decent food.
