It's a nice hotel and staff. It is clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was well stocked. The location is convenient once you find it. It is off the road so it's easy to miss the first time. I stayed five nights for business and would return there if I were in Gainesville again.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The staff was helpful and responsive. The location feels safe and is quiet. The room was very clean.

The hotel was being remodeled and lots of the services were closed, it was slightly inconvenient. Also our reservation for four rooms together was lost, and we could only get three. We still couldn't get rooms together, but they were on the same floor at least. Some of our party had to go to another hotel. The second night of my parents stay was miserable due to a very loud girls basketball team in one room. It seemed like the whole team was in one room. The hotel staff repeatedly asked them to be quiet, with no results, so they comped my parent's room for one night, even though my parents complained for two nights.
