Excellent
Very clean; reliable service; good breakfast selection. No newspapers available on the weekend. We have stayed at this hotel for five years in a row and have always found it convenient, clean, and quiet. I would recommend it to anyone.

Mediocre
The common areas where you dine were pretty good. Not clean, smells like smoke everywhere, carpets were so bad. If you have an option to stay somewhere else, do it. This property leaves something to be desired.
35 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business
Upon staying here I realized that this property was tired and out of date, the fitness room was more of a fitness closet, it felt like someone took a Holiday Inn Express sign and stuck it over top of a Microtel or Budget Inn. I was unimpressed.
62 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I think the value received for the dollars spent was great. There was a refrigerator and a microwave in the room which surprised me on my first visit. The breakfast room had a great selection too. I am booked there for the next six weeks.
The people at the desk were really helpful in all ways and I felt confident that they would protect the guests and the property. The hotel was not one that you could just drive into or access by accident to do harm to any guests. The location and the staff are the key for this hotel.
I am very likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Express Frazer-Malvern.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
