This hotel served our purpose for the evening. We were traveling and decided that we needed to stop. Holiday Inn's are usually up to expectation.

The hotel was very clean and I felt safe staying there.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They were also very helpful with giving me directions to the hotel.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Florence.
I might recommend it to friends.

We just stayed here last week. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They upgraded us to a suite at an already reduced price since we were staying over a five day period.

The lighting in the bathroom could have been a little better, no big deal. The pool was inside and there is no outdoor lounge area, but all in all a great place to stay!

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Florence.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
