I feel they are reliable, clean, and affordable. The location was convenient, near a hospital to see relatives. They had all the comforts I needed. It was easy to find off the main highway.

It was nice, clean, had large rooms, and we enjoyed our stay. My wife stayed for a week with no problems. We checked out, and about a month later they decided to bill my credit car twice. I have been told several times that they will take care of it, but there’s no credit on my card yet. I have been waiting since Aug. 29th. I finally decided to file a dispute form with my credit card company.

I liked the location because it was close to many needed businesses (restaurants, gas stations, convenience stores) that were open 24 hours. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in an excellent location to work in Fayetteville, Rogers, Springdale, and Bentonville. It has the best prices available for rooms in Northwest Arkansas.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The service, cleanliness, and breakfast were all great as always!

I enjoyed my stay brief as it was. I staff was very helpful, we had difficulty with the key cards to one room but the staff took care of the problem quickly. The rooms were very comfortable.

Was not told that their rooms were all smoking untill checked in and was in room, even though reservations were made for smoking.
