Excellent
We spent two nights here to travel to the Navajo Nation. Front desk staff was very helpful with local restaurants and directions. Room and breakfast highly recommended! We would stay again.
62 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel was overbooked and did not have my room. They told me that they would pay for another motel. I went to the other motel and they would not accept the Holliday Inns Express voucher. We had to pay for it. I was told the next day that they could not pay for another motel. I called the manager the next day when we got home and was given a free night at the Holiday Inn Express in Farmington, New Mexico. It was a most unpleasant experience and I had to stay at Motel 6, because it was the only thing available.
I am not likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Express Farmington (Bloomfield).
I might recommend it to friends.

The receptionist talked to us as a friend and someone she had known for years, but was very respectful. She was helpful in directing us to an eating establishment for dinner. The breakfast was great and the people servicing the area were polite.
