I usually stay at this hotel while visiting family. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the food is refilled quickly. The room I had was spacious with good bedding and a small refrigerator and a pullout couch. The only problem I had was that the reservation was for a king size bed and only a queen size was available for the entire five nights of my stay. Otherwise, the service was fine.

Okay
A place to sleep.Only one entrance open. No ice or drink machines on floor. Shower curtain dirty. More like a road side motel than a nice business hotel.

It's in a convenient location near the highway and shopping. It's very clean and the staff is very helpful. The free breakfast was great. It's near the Victory Brew Pub in Downington. The Drafting Room restaurant is excellent and was only two lights away. It's also near Valley Forge.
The staff appeared to take a real interest in making sure that we were knowledgeable about everything available.
I am very likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Express Exton-Lionville.
