45 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
Was told the room had 2 beds, it had only one. When I went back downstairs to tell them of their mistake, they told me there was nothing they could do. I had to have 2 people sleep on the floor. Then, the next morning, we couldn't even take a shower because the water pressure was zero. They told me that it happens when the hotel is full. Horrible experience. Do not stay at this hotel!

Bed was infested with bugs. Hotel staff didn't offer a refund or a voucher for a stay at another hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again.
