Nice,clean room, excellent continental breakfast, helpful and polite staff, very quiet, nice fluffy towels, comfortable pillows and bed. Would stay there again.
40 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
My fiance works in the transportation industry and has a CDL, which is honored by other Holiday and Days Inns across the United States.
We stayed there once before, and received the discount.
When we rebooked, we were quoted a price with the discount. We stayed two days, and were charged 3 times the amount quoted.
We talked to the front desk manager when receiving the bill, and were directed to speak to the hotel manager.
I have tried to call the manager and write her, but she refuses to take my calls. Its a shame, because we were planning to have our wedding reception soon.
While the Holiday Inn Hotels are lovely, management does not care about the customer. I never know what will happen or how much I will be charged, so I can't rec'd this hotel to anyone, nor will I stay there anymore.

Nothing.No pets allowed. The manager stated that the hotel had never allowed pets. After a 561 mile journey, the extra travel required to find a hotel that would admit our 8 pound dog was not appreciated.

Excellent
We stayed here during the Waterfowl Festival in November and thought it was very nice. Great staff, rooms are very clean and quiet and they have WIFI internet.
