Stayed here for five nights and was quite pleased. The bed was very comfortable, but as I was leaving I saw shipments of even newer mattresses being delivered. Excellent location; close to everything. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Overall, the Holiday Inn Express hotel is a great place to stay. On a couple of occasions it appeared that the sheets were not changed on one of the double beds in the room. Overall I enjoy staying there.
The rooms are well lit and the beds are very comfortable. I just feel safe and at ease when I stay there.
I am very likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Express Durham.
