Great hotel

46 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The hotel is brand new and has everything one would need. The staff is very friendly & the breakfast was great. I felt very safe with my family, keep up the good work.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Decatur.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

50 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The room floors were not clean (bottle caps and paper were found on the floor). A mud dobber's nest was on the wall. The bathroom sink was not clean. The ice bucket had been used to eat buttered popcorn out of. When I asked for a clean ice bucket I was given one. I stated that all of the other hotels that I had stayed at had plastic bags to line the bucket with, I was not given a plastic bag and really did not know if I wanted to use the bucket or not.
