The hotel is in a convenient location to the highway and other services. It's a well-maintained place.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Concord.

This hotel made me feel important: I felt important there because the staff was great. They knew my name, and treated me as a special guest. Very friendly.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Concord.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I usually have an okay stay. Sometimes get front desk people that are new or are not knowledgeable. I do get upset when you request one type room or it looks like one type online. Then you get there and it is nowhere near what you expect.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Concord.
I might recommend it to friends.
