This hotel made me feel welcome: The agent at the front desk was very friendly and asked me questions about why I was traveling.

It was a very good stay at this hotel.

This hotel made me feel respected: The front desk person was very courteous.

Our room was located next to some sort of mechanical room. I heard a clicking noise the entire night and never slept a wink. The toilet also ran off and on all night. The bed was also a bit worn out. The TV reception was awful with the majority of the stations being quite snowy or dark. There was a huge empty space in the room that I jokingly called 'The Dance Hall.' The desk clerk compensated us with a $10 credit on the room. We were traveling and I needed the sleep so I could drive safely. As we departed, we stopped in to eat the continental breakfast offered. The attendant was very quick to tell us that breakfast was over and she was going to put all the food away. There was no sign on the doors, tables, etc. She did the same to the next two couples that arrived. It would have been nicer if they'd have simply shut the doors to the room and put a sign up saying breakfast was no longer being served. On the plus side, the employees were nice.
