I really don't have any dislikes for the Holiday Inn Express I've stayed at. The front desk personnel are always friendly and they were more than willing to help with anything. I love the fact that they provide you with any incidentals you might have forgotten and their breakfast buffet is wonderful.
The rooms were adequately supplied with all of the amenities that were needed. We didn't have to worry about anything. The front desk personnel were more than willing to help with what ever was needed. I was there during a recent snowstorm and the staff came out and helped clear my car off so I could pick my mother up at the hospital that morning.

It was extremely dirty, there was hair in the bathroom, on the floor, on the sink and on the counter space. There was also food left in the refrigerator from the person before me.

I was very tired and found the refrigerator and microwave useful. A grocery store was located within convenient walking distance. Unfortunately, there was a gathering of teenagers for a school band competition.
