Holiday Inn Express Clearwater North Hotel

New bedding and four pillows on my bed made for a perfect night's sleep! They had upgraded sateen sheets, firm and soft pillows to choose from, an unbelievably clean hotel and room, and a great staff! I travel three weeks out of the month all year long, and I have never stayed at a hotel that was this nice! The owners should be congratulated on a job well done!

Whenever I travel to this area, which is about once every two months, I stay here.

The hotel staff could not have been more efficient or courteous. I travel quite frequently, and would stay here again without blinking an eye. The entire hotel, including the room was extremely clean. The towels were soft and fresh, like they were new. The beds have to be the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I am a very picky person, and for this hotel and staff to impress me means you should not hesitate to stay here.

It was very nice but a bit pricey.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I liked the friendly front desk personnel.

I liked the friendly service of the front desk people. They were helpful with directions and information using the business office. The breakfast was usually good and the cleaning service was consistent and good. The only thing I did not like was that a fitness center was advertised, but the fitness center was a joke. There was a stepper, a treadmill, and a water cooler. There were no free weights and no combo weight machine like a Bowflex or Total Gym. It was so small that only two people could use it and it could only be used for cardio. However, the hotel did offer a gym pass to a real facility and that was nice. But it was not within walking distance and it did not open early enough for me to use it.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Knowing what a great staff was at the front desk, I knew I could just be at ease and not worry; if something came up I would have help dealing with it.
