Holiday Inn Express Clearwater Hotel

I looked for a week to find a nice hotel and was very excited to have found this one. Great location and hotel room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel staff was very rude and acted like they were mad cause they had to work. They were very hateful acting to things that were going on around them. I think it would be in the best interest of this hotel to hire some better employess to work there. Times are hard and jobs are hard to find and those employees dont value their jobs or appreciate having a job.

I will stay at HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS again but not that one. Unless I know they fire the useless employee's they have for the month of May 08....the assistant manager ....POOR CHOICE on putting her in that position...I think her name was Becki or something like that!!!!

KEEP YOUR HOTEL....GET RID OF YOUR USELESS EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!

This newly remodeled hotel offers a nice, clean place to stay. It is conveniently located. It is close to the most beautiful beach in the world, as well as a large shopping mall.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk personnel were genuinely friendly and especially helpful in finding a great place to eat that was close by. Extra linens and blankets that were requested at check in were already in the room by the time we returned from dinner.

It was completely average.

I loved the staff there.

I had a nice comfortable room. It was a little too expensive but probably reasonable for Florida. There was a dirty washcloth left in the bathroom. I enjoyed the very friendly and courteous staff.

This hotel made me feel respected: The front staff was attentive at check in, friendly and courteous. Although they were obviously busy, they seemed to care that customers had to wait and they were trying to be efficient and expeditious.
