Front desk very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nice, good sized, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Pool was refreshing and well cared for. Within walking distance to restaurants and close to Clearwater Beach.

45 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I looked for a week to find a nice hotel and was very excited to have found this one. Great location and hotel room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
The hotel staff was very rude and acted like they were mad cause they had to work. They were very hateful acting to things that were going on around them. I think it would be in the best interest of this hotel to hire some better employess to work there. Times are hard and jobs are hard to find and those employees dont value their jobs or appreciate having a job.
I will stay at HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS again but not that one. Unless I know they fire the useless employee's they have for the month of May 08....the assistant manager ....POOR CHOICE on putting her in that position...I think her name was Becki or something like that!!!!
KEEP YOUR HOTEL....GET RID OF YOUR USELESS EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!
