Holiday Inn Express Childress Hotel - Page 1

I stay frequently at Holiday Inn Express hotels and I have always been very pleased with the quality, the value, the service, but most importantly, the rooms.

It was a good stay. The room was big and clean, more like an apartment.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: They have triple door locks and cardkey entries.

The WiFi setup was a disaster and the desk clerk could not help! I thought the price for the room was outrageous. It's doubtful I will willingly stay in another Holiday Express while traveling!

The hotel has exceptionally nice people. They gave me the 'handicapped room' (both visits) because it was late and I was dead tired from a long trip each time. There's great food in the kitchenette. I stayed there twice on the same trip and hated to leave both times! It's very hospitable. It's very clean and neat. I was surprised at how nice the interior lobby and rooms were decorated -- as nice as some in very large cities. It's a good place to stay!

This hotel made me feel pampered: They gave me the 'handicapped room' because it was late and it has larger facilities. Also, the folks in the kitchenette asked me if I wanted anything special that they might have for me to eat for breakfast. That was a nice touch!

The employees were exceptionally nice and made me feel at home.
