The hotel staff really went out of their way to see that we were accommodated in every way. We did have a mechanical complaint about the room, but it was fixed by our return. I'd definitely stay there again, and I would recommend it to my friends.

It's a nice location; easy to find. It's new and clean. It was nice overall.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Cheektowaga.
