The Worst travel experience ever!. This was the worst experienece that I've ever had with a spa or hotel.My wife and I have traveled all over the world.We've experieneced all kinds of spas and hotels.The Chateau Elan is the worst experience by far.The staff is unprofessional.Most of all the management doesn't care enough to return your phone call.The owners either don't care about the property or just don't know any better. The hotel and restaurants need remodeling.Pieces of the chairs are missing.The food is over priced and only average but not at a spa level. The experience is not relaxing nor comfortable.The gym and its equipment are like being in a cage.The spa bathroom only has one toilet.The sauna doesn't work,etc. The management is not accommodating to the spa guests.They just don't care or are not qualified by lack of traing or experience to work in a spa. This was a very poor spa experience for my wife ,my daughter ,and I.We spent over $1,100 for food and services in one day. Generally speaking,this property is a facade only and there is nothing inside! Billy L

We ask for adjoining rooms and got them. They were very clean and the service was excellent. We asked for help at the front desk as we were not familiar with the area and they were very helpful. It would have been nice to have an indoor pool though...
