The hotel is in a quiet location, but not too far from many good restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. They also have a refrigerator, microwave, and free internet. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is great, and the manager's afternoon snacks and drinks are special.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Charlotte Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
