The staff is very professional and courteous. Rooms are very nice and the hotel is located close to major roads. It was the ideal location to visit both downtown Charleston and the beach.

The staff was polite and answered questions regarding the city. They smiled when you enter and answered the phone promptly. As a longtime 'road warrior,' I expect this kind of treatment.

The staff at this hotel was amazing. They were so friendly and always willing to help. If you need more towels, they bring them asap. The rooms were pretty nice and always clean.
