The new bathrooms and bedding are great! The breakfast is pretty good, although I wish they would extend the hours.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: They have comfortable rooms, plus I stay in that same hotel probably fifty nights a year so I know everyone there.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Charleston Civic Center.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The cleanliness was not up to par and the toilet would not flush at all times. On the good side, the continental breakfast was good.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Charleston Civic Center.

It was fine. It was convenient to Civic Center. The window in my room was broken and they arrived promptly and fixed it efficiently.
