Holiday Inn Express Cedar Rapids Hotel

I mostly liked the hotel. The temperature of the pool water was freezing and we were told that it was normal. The room was very nice and comfortable. The Wi-Fi internet access was great! We were able to access the internet from our room.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was well fitted with towels. The colors in the room were soothing. There were chairs to sit in while in the room.

The hotel is in the middle of upgrading the first floor, but everything on the third floor, where I stayed was great. The staff was very friendly. The only problem I had was figuring out how to leave the hotel because I needed to go the opposite direction and the road wouldn't let me turn left. I wish they had directional signs to help people find the correct exit.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk staff was very nice, they had my reservation all ready for me, and the check-in was very easy.

It was a very nice hotel. It was located very conveniently for us. I would stay there again.
