It was well located and easily found. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant.

We stay here on our way from Texas to Colorado. It is a good, clean hotel, in a convenient location.

I Like the Holiday Inn Express chain because there are no surprises. Every one I have been to has always been clean, and the service is prompt. I don't want to have to deal with problems. The level of comfort comes from knowing what you are going to get each and every time. Everyone at this hotel was very nice and courteous. I salute the staff.

This hotel made me feel practical: They were efficient right down to making sure that I received credit and a discount for their priority club membership. I was in a hurry and would not have even noticed that it was not applied to my bill if the staff had not informed me.

The hotel's location was very convenient for the reason I was in Canyon. I would recommend a Holiday Inn Express Hotel, because they are efficient, the staff is friendly, and they are willing to provide good service no matter what time it is.

I wanted to acknowledge the great staff at this hotel. The young lady that works the breakfast room was extremely friendly and really kept the area stocked and cleaned, all the while being friendly to the customers. The entire staff was great.
