Unprofessional, rude management

35 year old woman with a moderate budget

Managers and front desk staff conducted themselves poorly and unprofessionally with complaints regarding cleanliness of hotel. Not in the greatest neighborhood. Requests to speak to upper management were denied despite multiple queries. Complaint to Holiday Inn corporate has still gone unanswered (3+ weeks and waiting)...

I am not likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Buffalo.
I would not recommend it to friends.

24 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

This was a good hotel with a nice pool and a great continental breakfast.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The bed was comfortable. There were no complications.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Buffalo.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was pleasant. It was a normal Holiday Inn hotel stay.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Buffalo.

We were well pleased with our time spent while in that area.

This hotel made me feel practical: Everything was as we expected it to be and on time.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Buffalo.
