We usually don't stay in Holiday Inns and this one didn't seem to be in a great area, but we were pleasantly surprised.
The lobby reminded us of a small, upscale boutique hotel. The people were friendly. The room was spacious and clean, but was situated near the freeway and the traffic noise was noticeable. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The location was perfect, close to the Lenox mall and dozens of great restaurants.
Overall, we had a nice stay and would likely stay there again, although my son, who stays there frequently on business, says sometimes there can be a big stain on the carpet, no hangers, or a closet door that's inoperable.
