43 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The evening staff was rude and uncooperative with our group upon arrival. The daytime staff and manager was helpful with directions and suggestions and transportation to the airport and local transit.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Brook Park.
I might recommend it to friends.

26 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I stayed just for a weekend get a way with a girlfriend. We had used this hotel in the past, and enjoyed it. The best feature is the in room Jacuzzi. That is really the only reason I selected this hotel as no other hotels in the area offer this.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Brook Park.
I might recommend it to friends.

My stay was delightful. The hotel offered a great breakfast. The staff was very helpful.

Everything was as expected. I only had trouble with the air conditioning and heater unit.

I liked the hotel room I had. It was close to the elevator. The staff was very friendly.
