60 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The Holiday Inn Express in Brockport was clean, neat, and the staff was incredibly helpful. It is convenient to the college and to anything in Brockport. The parking lot is sufficient in size. The staff is very friendly and exceptionally service oriented. We had a problem with our car and they went out of their way to get help for us. We had already checked out and they still continued to try to help. The good thing is that from the hotel it is also possible to walk to restaurants, supermarkets, and other sites in Brockport.
The Holiday Inn Express made us feel very peaceful because we felt very safe and very well cared for. We knew that if we asked for a wakeup call that it would be done. Because the staff was so friendly we felt right at home and calm.
I am very likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Express Brockport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

36 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I was traveling to visit family and friends. This hotel was clean friendly, and they went out of their way to make me feel like I was home. They had a wonderful breakfast, when you first walk in the hotel all you can smell is the scent of it being clean. I was greeted by a wonderful clerk who went out of her way to make sure I was happy.
