Holiday Inn Express Boynton Beach Hotel

Only one light in the room worked when we got there. I think the maid should check those things as part of her job. We arrived at eleven o'clock in the evening and we needed more than one light. The bathroom was falling apart. It was in need of new plastering.

I've stayed here regularly over the years. I am amazed that the remodeling they just finished makes the hotel look and feel new everywhere. Everything in the rooms is new, including the beds. And they have a great exercise room.

The room was fine and the location was okay. The breakfast was good. The pool was small, but okay for kids. The kids preferred the Holiday Inn hotel nearby that has a Pete Rose cafe and a game room. It was very expensive during school break, but a great location for shopping.

The hotel is close to shopping. It was recently renovated. It has an excellent staff. There's one price for the entire week, not varied prices.

The employees are great persons for this hotel. They are always smiling, and always want to help straighten out any and all problems you might have.
