Good
The hotel room had nice decor.The desk chair was uncomfortable. Decent hotel; a bit spend for what you're getting. But reserving the hotel room directly through the hotel was still pricey since it's in a location that is not "touristy".

Location, clean, responsive, quiet, comfortable.Nothing. Great hotel great staff very clean. Suggest they have a larger business center with 2 or 3 more computers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

55 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
We stayed here for 3 nights late April. It is a very nice hotel, the rooms are well put together lovely furniture and very comfortable beds, best hotel beds I’ve had. Lots of pillows and each pillow case say ‘soft’ or ‘firm’ on them. The check-in girl (April 21) had a bit of an attitude but everyone else was helpful and friendly. The breakfast is the standard Holiday Inn Express which is great, lots of items to choose from. Coffee and tea are available all day and fresh baked cookies at night. The pool is nice and clean, although a bit small, lots and lots of comfy towels available, but to enter the bathroom you have to go out into the main hallway. The nice sized fridge and microwave were wonderful to have. Nice washer and dryer on site too. A limited workout room but enough, and a computer room is available too. No hotel movies but DVD and video machine were in the room and movies were apparently available at the front desk. Easy access to the freeway and lots of services right there but not much to do close by.

The location is easily accessible from I-405 and has great amenities. It's in a great location to restaurants and services.
I didn't feel they were trying to push me out of the door, and the cookies in the afternoon were a great asset. Nor were we disturbed when we requested privacy.
I am very likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Express Bothell-Canyon Park (I-405).
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
