The hotel is nice and affordable. It is right next to the highway, meaning it is convenient but expect traffic noise.

The hotel offered a shuttle service, but there was only one shuttle and only one driver. The free continental breakfast was good. Having access to computers with free internet from the lobby was good, too.

My friend, who I was staying with left the room a day later than I did, found my shirts and tie in the room and asked the attendant to mail it to my address, but it never got to me.

They said it was mailed, but it's been over 3 weeks and haven't received it yet.

I think it is lost forever.

In order for me to get this information, I had to call the hotel over 5 times and talk to several different people. I gave them my phone number 3 times to call me back, but they never did call me back.

The restaurant and the staff were great. The pool looked great but you could not use it without having someone oversee you while you swam, so I did not use it.

I just would not go back. The staff was useless, the hotel was out of the way and the rooms allowed way too much noise to get in.

I did not know the location of the hotel beforehand, but if I had had I would not have stayed there as it was not in the best location.

It was close to Boston University Medical Campus and they had a shuttle service. It was also close to most of Boston sights and businesses, it had good service, good connectivity, a low price, a good breakfast bar, a helpful staff and good rooms.

The people were nice. The restaurant was great. The hotel was in a good location. The price was comparable to others in the area.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: It was cozy. The bed was nice and there was an excellent TV in the room.

The room that we were in was ready for renovation but it was not too bad.

It was just as I expected. I would stay there again.

It was quiet, but sort of in the middle of nowhere. I had to use taxis to find a decent place to eat.

It was a typical Holiday Inn hotel, good value for the money, clean and professional. There was a shuttle available, the breakfast was decent and they served an evening snack. The attention paid to the coffee bar was spotty late night. It had a great location for getting around the traffic nightmare in Boston. It had easy access to the convention center, downtown, the airport and the major highways. There was a shopping plaza next door and a pancake house on the same lot. The rooms with single beds have no microwaves or refrigerators. The staff was courteous and helpful.

I was perfectly satisfied. I got what I paid for.

The check-in process was a disaster and caused a large amount of inconvenience to us.

I think everything was tolerable.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I was in town for July fourth weekend. The staff told me how to get to hatch shell in Boston. I did not know Boston really well.

It was okay nothing too fancy but not trashy. It was just average.

The staff was very friendly and everything was clean and professional. The continental breakfast was good.

The staff was very rude. One of the desk staff was very reluctant to talk to me and bluntly refused to give us an additional pillow. The room quality was horrible (the first room I was assigned was dripping water from the ceiling). The location is also very depressing, my worst experience in hotel staying. I will never ever go back.

I stayed in a basic room. The noise traveled through the walls very well, which made for a noisier stay than anticipated.
