Great
member icon Nice basic hotel in convenient location

Comfortably furnished, a few nice extra amenities. South Boston location is convenient to Red Line Andrew stop on the "T" for quick access to Cambridge, or with a transfer, to the Green and Blue Lines for sightseeing. Hotel is part of a large mall complex with restaurants and shopping. Airport shuttle is free, as are continental breakfast and parking. Guests driving in would be well advised to enter "7 Allstate Rd" into GPS devices rather than "69 Boston St" because there is no access to the hotel from Boston St. Allstate Rd is the address of the Target, whose parking lot is adjacent to the hotel's.

Stay Away

This hotel is far from the heart of Boston. This hotel is in an awful neighborhood! We stayed here because it advertises ParkSleepFly. We parked our car where the hotel staff told us to park. When we got back from vacation, the hotel had towed our car (and many others) to a secluded back lot. Our car was vandalized, window broken and personal effects stolen. The hotel claims no responsibility. Try anywhere else.

member icon It lost my Shirts and Tie.

35 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business

My friend, who I was staying with left the room a day later than I did, found my shirts and tie in the room and asked the attendant to mail it to my address, but it never got to me.

They said it was mailed, but it's been over 3 weeks and haven't received it yet.

I think it is lost forever.

In order for me to get this information, I had to call the hotel over 5 times and talk to several different people. I gave them my phone number 3 times to call me back, but they never did call me back.

The hotel is nice and affordable. It is right next to the highway, meaning it is convenient but expect traffic noise.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Express Boston.
I might recommend it to friends.
